why write when advent of AI abstracts it away

i write,
i want to.
writing, even be it in draft state
is good enough for me to crystallize my thoughts.
i write to improve my own clarity of thoughts.

i write,
it slows me down but it helps me think when things are important
i treat it as an investment for things that are dear to me
i wish to be intellectually more active.
while i been trimming slop content across social media feeds,
i want to dedicate my attention currency for things that interests me.
i want to increase my threshold of focus,
this is one of my way of attempting to do so.

why start introductory course when AI is all over

i started CS50x because i wanted to learn about softwares in well setting.
i, as a entry level backend engineer, wanted to build fullstack things.
i don't have the traditional degree in computer science.
in the events of busy scheme of things at life,
i want to relive the joy of building things for fun.
i want to start simple and build up from there.
i want to start with something that i could reach it to people.

time is getting constrained for these explorations,
so i jumpstarted with learning introductory materials
been through a course on c programming language from MIT OCW,
notes section was of great help to me.
i prefer reading if could comprehend the material, than videos
i also replaced my dying laptop with a new one,
and checked out cs50x 2025 edition, confirmed it has notes section
and now making my way through it.
and i say, CS50x is at it's finest!

this frontend only website is for learning, should i invest more time polishing it ...

i started buildig this website
as an assignment for CS50x week 8 learning about html, css, javascript
this ofcourse is an hands-on approach to learning
and as i spending time on this,
been figuring out the css and javascript
and i see there's lot to learn to build a good website

i searched hour about visiting websites and drawing inspirations,
over the time, i started taking notes on why i like certain websites
and i want to build something like that, to show intent clearly
this website is my way of attempting to make that MVP kinda site,
though elementary, i see this satisfying and so many hours has went in,
on polishing it, writing even this content is taking time but its okay
i'm gonna use this website as a sandbox to play around.
